This was a no pressure experience. Everyone concerned at Sytner Oldbury was polite and efficient. I am not so hot with technology and Liam was extremely helpful and patient with that part of the process, he deserves recognition for his help.

The service and knowledge we received from the Manager Reece Wheeler was second to none. He was also assisted by Bryony Raven another very helpful sales executive. They both made the whole experience very pleasurable, nothing was too much trouble.

I was disappointed with the handover or lack of one when I collected the car. I am still struggling as my phone no longer connects automatically and my profile does not come on automatically since the repairs were done.

Bryony was fantastic at the oldbury mini she explained all about the car to me, she kept me updated on the cars arrival date, providing me with all the details I needed for the handover, and the car arrived 5 weeks early, which is amazing.
