Purchase was fine.Fully informed of process,made to feel a valued customer, gets 1 star Zero stars - delivery. Car had marks + chipped paint work only noticed when I inspected. Car returned for repair which didn't go smoothly. Very disappointing

Hi. dropped my Mini off before 9am as l was hoping to collect about 4pm as that suited my work schedule. My Mini wasn't moved until 3pm. 6pm before l can away. Wash but no Vac. No vehicle inspection video was sent. No explanation on tyre chalk mark

Disgusting treatment. Lied to and fobbed off by Logan C. who made false promises about the return of my car and then avoided my calls when it didn't turn up, as promised.
