Out in of the many members of staff I spoke to which was around 14 people I finally got done the work that my car required, after losing my car for 4 days following it being dropped to the Sytner Garage in Oldbury.

Issue fixed on 3rd visit. 1st was diagnostic. 2nd fix didn't work and no mini courtesy car available as promised. 3rd visit fixed but no driver available to collect and drop off as promised. Logan helpful and kept me informed at all stages

All the highlighted issues were not addressed and the car was returned unvaleted. This now seems to repeatedly occur. I like Minis and BMW but will consider other brands for next car due to how appallingly I feel Sytner care.

There should be a checklist when a customer is taking out a PCP so that important aspects are not forgotten. To be told off the cuff 'you can buy cosmetic cover' for £700 which covers you for x but you need to decide now as car is delivered not great

Hi. dropped my Mini off before 9am as l was hoping to collect about 4pm as that suited my work schedule. My Mini wasn't moved until 3pm. 6pm before l can away. Wash but no Vac. No vehicle inspection video was sent. No explanation on tyre chalk mark
