Great service, received a full tank of a fuel as there was a slight mix up with timings. Mini dealt with it really well and sorted things quickly. Delighted with my new car and all the updates on the new cooper S model.

Everything was fine. I was satisfied, but if there was one tiny thing, it was that there were bits of rubbish - masking tape - on the floor after the clean. It didn't affect the service satisfaction though.

Mini had to keep car overnight as seized brake nipple found and were too late for a part delivery ..luckily didn't need car that day or day after so it was okay ..and work completed satisfactorily.
