Purchase was fine.Fully informed of process,made to feel a valued customer, gets 1 star Zero stars - delivery. Car had marks + chipped paint work only noticed when I inspected. Car returned for repair which didn't go smoothly. Very disappointing

All good. The online ordering procedure was impressive but a little complicated with constant text messages and confirmation codes pinging into my mobile phone asking me to accept various terms and conditions. But correct car arrived as ordered.

Fitted in for an MOT that was overdue. Timings were sluggish on the day. Concerned that a communication about the MOT wasnt clear and referenced an inspection, so went unattended.

Arrived at 10.00am as arranged 3 weeks earlier, to check my car. It was known I would wait. Left at 3.30pm in courtesy car. Another trip back next day, arrived at 2pm as arranged, left at 5 30pm

Found that the pads on my car are worn. The car is less than 2 years old and low mileage so not happy. I also would have expected Mini to complete the repair, particularly as I have done less than 10.000 miles. Not happy.

I have been completely satisfied with the service offered by Bryony she was really helpful and supportive throughout the ordering process and I love my new car. I haven't been as happy with the dashcam purchased as a extra however.

Great service from the operative I dealt with - really friendly and thoughtful. It's just that it was in the BMW section, not Mini and I hadn't been told they'd moved so had a long walk! Also the centralised, automated booking system is onerous.
