Callum was brilliant. He was so friendly, didn't feel pushy or salesy at all, which i LOVE. Car salesmen get a bad rap, but he was amazing. I went in with a small budget which he managed to double and a little more ??

All good. The online ordering procedure was impressive but a little complicated with constant text messages and confirmation codes pinging into my mobile phone asking me to accept various terms and conditions. But correct car arrived as ordered.

I had amazing service at Mini, I would definitely recommend! Oliver at the Oldbury garage was so helpful and ensured that everything ran smoothly! He always kept me up to date with any updates regarding my car and the financial side of the purchase!

Found that the pads on my car are worn. The car is less than 2 years old and low mileage so not happy. I also would have expected Mini to complete the repair, particularly as I have done less than 10.000 miles. Not happy.

Left waiting all day for a part, told it wasn't ready, phone call next day to arrange another visit. No call, a week later I phoned. Told part still not been painted. Appt made for following week. 2 weeks to paint a wing mirror cover and no contact

Chris was extremely thorough in explaining my Mini having its EGR cooler replacement completed. He was very welcoming, efficient and rebuilt my faith in Sytner, after my previous poor experience.
