Excellent communication with regular updates from Bryony. Excellent handover with a personal touch with a lovely card, chocolates and an orchid - beautiful ! Excellent service as always from James too.

The service and knowledge we received from the Manager Reece Wheeler was second to none. He was also assisted by Bryony Raven another very helpful sales executive. They both made the whole experience very pleasurable, nothing was too much trouble.

We have had an awful experience with both mini's that have had work in the workshop. The BMW service advisors have been excellent, Mini side of the business is appalling.

Customer service was very good. Communication could have been a little better on the day we were waiting for the parts to come in. I phoned to ask for the invoice of the parts replaced that were put on the bumper payment but I still have not receive
