Callum was brilliant. He was so friendly, didn't feel pushy or salesy at all, which i LOVE. Car salesmen get a bad rap, but he was amazing. I went in with a small budget which he managed to double and a little more ??

All good. The online ordering procedure was impressive but a little complicated with constant text messages and confirmation codes pinging into my mobile phone asking me to accept various terms and conditions. But correct car arrived as ordered.

Found that the pads on my car are worn. The car is less than 2 years old and low mileage so not happy. I also would have expected Mini to complete the repair, particularly as I have done less than 10.000 miles. Not happy.

Left waiting all day for a part, told it wasn't ready, phone call next day to arrange another visit. No call, a week later I phoned. Told part still not been painted. Appt made for following week. 2 weeks to paint a wing mirror cover and no contact

I have been completely satisfied with the service offered by Bryony she was really helpful and supportive throughout the ordering process and I love my new car. I haven't been as happy with the dashcam purchased as a extra however.

Great service from the operative I dealt with - really friendly and thoughtful. It's just that it was in the BMW section, not Mini and I hadn't been told they'd moved so had a long walk! Also the centralised, automated booking system is onerous.

Greeted warmly and professionally on arrival, check-in progress swift and smooth. I left the Centre for a couple of hours, on my return I was shown to a seat and offered refreshments.

I can't fault Stephen for his service. But unfortunately I had a MOT & Service last week and the wheel nut was put on far too tight which lead to my key being damaged and had to spend £55 for a new one. Spoke with them and they refuse to help.

We have had an awful experience with both mini's that have had work in the workshop. The BMW service advisors have been excellent, Mini side of the business is appalling.
