Happy with Reece. I purchased my car in October 2025. I'd assume that a quality check of the water tank and windscreen function was checked. Its not reasonable to charge the client for a dirt build up within 10 months. Didn't clean or vacuum car.

The car returns were not up to the standard given having own several Mini and BMW. No return call when the car was in repair, so I don't know what the status of the car being repair. After a few days of chasing call, finally someone contacted me.

The person i dealt with was excellent but the car was to be ready at 5pm as they phoned me and it wasn't ready til 5.45pm. it was meant to cleaned and check if the power cable was working which they hadn't done and the mechanics had gone home.

Everything was spot on; from the Initial handover in the morning, to collection in the afternoon! I was listened to,and very importantly to me, the interior of my car came back clean. All the work I requested was carried out!

I find the whole BMW experience a bit frustrating. I am dropping my car off for some work. I just want to leave my keys, I dont want a coffee shop etc. This not critcism of the people, its the process they have to deliver.

I reported a front-right wheel noise. Brake pads and discs were replaced without confirming the cause, but the noise remains unresolved. Why were they replaced?

Issue fixed on 3rd visit. 1st was diagnostic. 2nd fix didn't work and no mini courtesy car available as promised. 3rd visit fixed but no driver available to collect and drop off as promised. Logan helpful and kept me informed at all stages
