If I hadn't of asked my service history book would have not been completed. I need to go back as the oil was meant to have been checked but the warning light came on later the afternoon.

When I booked the MOT and service I booked a mini valet which was not done. In fairness, this was drawn to my attention and I was not charged. However, my car was at Sytner's for over 6 hours and I was somewhat disappointed

The car is running great. I didn't expect the video showing the underneath of the car. Plus, the car was washed!! Very pleased.
Overall very happy with the staff who dealt with me on the day. Less happy that a dealership sticker appeared in my back window.

Car in for it's annual MOT. Staff are great. Car comes back gleaming and I get a courtesy call when I need to collect. Love the MOT video where the Technician points out what you need to keep a eye out for in the upcoming months ... great idea!

I was contacted by Ben prior to the service. I was taken through the service arrangements on the morning of the service and contacted by him again following the service, to ensure I was satisfied with work undertaken. I also received a video.
I had a waiting appointment for a service and MOT so waa in the dealership for 3 hours which i had been warned about. The customer seating is not adequate for this duration as the chairs while in the MINI house style are not at all comfortable.
Waiting time, no information given to me on the price change of the tyre. No emails sent from anyone to say that my TLC package has ended. Feel your communication with your loyal customers who have their vehicle done by your self on regular is poor
